The Greater Northwest Soccer Association will hold its next monthly board meeting on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at 5:30 pm in Room 202 of the Roanoke Recreation
Center, 501 Roanoke Road, Roanoke, TX. All board members, coaches, parents, referees, and players are invited to attend.

The final agenda for this meeting is as follows:

1. Call to order
2. Review minutes from previous meetings
3. Comments from the president
4. Reports from individual directors
5. Discuss/Vote on nomination of Melissa Spraker for Director of Public Relations/Special Events
6. Discuss/Vote on nomination of Valrie Gerhard for U6 Commissioner
7. Discussion of Assistant Registrar position and possible positions for Ann Anderson
8. Discussion of Treasurer position
9. Discussion with members of Celtic FC staff/parents
    a. Discuss scheduling/field space concerns at Harmony Park
    b. Discuss goals of Celtic FC and possible contract renewal for next season
    c. Allow parents/members to discuss their concerns regarding the Association and gather input on the Association's thoughts/goals regarding Competitive/Select teams, the Academy Program, and the promotion of soccer in the area.
10. Discuss/Vote on audit of our books
11. Discuss vote on recent Goal Box proposal
12. Discussion of status of Referee Coordinator position of Jennifer Matte
13. Adjourn meeting.
