Greetings:
The Greater Northwest Soccer Association will hold its Annual General Meeting and Board Election on Monday, May 21, 2012 at 6:30 pm at the Roanoke Community Center, 312 South Walnut Street, Roanoke, TX. All board members, coaches, parents, referees, and players are invited to attend. Please note that we are moving the date forward to allow all members of the Association a chance to review the proposed revisions to the Bylaws.
We will be voting on several revisions to the Association Bylaws. All Association members over the age of 18 (with a maximum of 2 per household) are eligible to vote on the Bylaws. Voting must be done in person at the Annual General Meeting. Please review the attached document for details on the proposed Bylaw revisions.

All Association members are welcome to attend, and an RSVP would be appreciated to make sure that there is adequate seating available.

The purpose of GNWSA is to create and maintain a youth program based on the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, and courage taught through organized athletic activity. All persons participating in the program shall strive to develop fair play among the youth, and place secondary importance on winning games. Participants include players, parents, coaches, spectators, officials, and other GNWSA volunteers.
